SKC (“Sone Ki Chidiya”) is a financing discovery platform operating from India. We help businesses discover, compare and access loans from partner financial institutions. SKC is not a lender and does not directly disburse funds.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email address, city, state.
• Business details: business name, business type, requested loan amount, purpose.
• KYC & financial documents you upload (Aadhaar, PAN, GST, bank statements, ITR, etc.).
• Technical data: IP address, device information, browser, and usage logs.

3. How we use your information

• Verify your identity via OTP.
• Match your profile with suitable partner lenders.
• Prepare and share your application with lenders (only with your consent).
• Contact you regarding your application status.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

4. How we protect your data

• Files are stored on secure servers and accessed only via time-bound signed URLs (7-day expiry).
• All API traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Access to your data inside SKC is limited to authorized team members strictly on a need-to-know basis.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share your application and documents with partner banks / NBFCs only after your explicit consent. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us at support@skc.in.
