1. Nature of service
SKC is a discovery, comparison and facilitation platform for business loans. SKC does not itself lend money, sanction credit, or guarantee loan approval. Final approvals are at the sole discretion of partner banks / NBFCs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and legally able to run a business. By using SKC, you confirm that all information and documents you share are true, accurate and belong to you or your business.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- Upload only authentic documents that belong to you or your business.
- Keep your OTP and login credentials confidential.
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and lender policies.
4. No guarantee
Loan approval, interest rates, processing time and amounts are determined solely by our partner lenders. SKC makes no representation or warranty that a loan will be approved, or at any particular rate.
5. Fees
Applying through SKC is free. SKC may earn a facilitation fee from partner lenders upon successful disbursement. You will be clearly informed if any convenience fee is ever charged directly to you — currently, there are none.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code and design on SKC are owned by SKC and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the service without written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
